Vomiting on period?!!??

Is it normal to vomit during your period?? Cramps on 100000??? What’s your experience with this? And what measures do you take to reduce the possibility for vomiting 😞

For me, yes. It's normal for me, though it's not normal at all. My cramps leave me doubled over, shaking in a cold sweat, vomiting. I know it's not normal, I just don't want to do exploratory surgery for endo. Having it cleaned out can lead to more scar tissue and bigger issues down the road. So if it is, I'd rather leave it alone or have a hysterectomy. Which actually doesn't sound so bad since this baby is my last. We shall see.

If it is that bad I would go get checked out. Could be endometriosis, PCOS, cysts, fibroids etc. it’s not supposed to be THAT bad.
