Thoughts on taking a 6-7 mo old out on the boat?

My husband and I are water babies at heart and cannot wait to take our baby out on the water. She is 22 lbs and fits her lift jacket. Is it okay to take her out on the boat? We will be on the lake and at sandbars.

Yes! If the life jacket fits, go for it. All my kids are water babies and we started early on the ski boat. Mostly the motor puts them to sleep!

Yep as long as they meet the requirements for their life jackets! Bring extra fluids, some ways to get out of the sun like an umbrella or similar, and some protective and brightly colored clothing. People have mixed opinions on sunscreen at that age
