Tubes being tied and then regretting it later on?

I have 10 weeks left with this pregnancy and I’m really thinking about getting my tubes tied. I’m just not trying to regret it later on or maybe in a couple years. I need some advice on it. Pros and cons? And maybe if anybody’s gotten their tubes tied and ended up getting it reversed??

If you think there’s any chance you may regret it then I wouldn’t do it yet. Go on another form of birth control until you are 100% certain you are done having children.

I’m wondering/thinking about the same thing ! This is my second child and I think that’s what I’m fine with. But I do worry that in 4-5 years I’ll want another 🥲.

hello i was in the same boat and i had my tubes tied it has been 4 year and i regret it deeply. life changes so drastically in five years. give yourself time before you do it

I got mine tied at age 22. I had 4 biological kids and 2 step kids by then. I regretted it. Had them reversed at age 30. Had a baby boy and prego with my now 6th kid. The clips cause pain. It was $7,000 to reverse

I just got the nexplanon inserted on Tuesday it last for 3 years hasnt affected my milk supply and its more affective then tubes being tied i wasnt sure if we were done done so this is what we decided was best for us

If you’re having doubts, don’t do it. I did the same thing and had my tubes reversed 13 years later.

If you feel like there’s a chance you’d regret it, I wouldn’t do it. My husband is getting snipped and it’s cheaper for him to get it reversed if we decided to go down that way.

I had two kids at the age of 18 and 20 got my tubes tied in 2009 ... And I went and got the tubal reversal done in 2020. And now I have 2 more kids ..I felt like something was missing after I got my tubes tied ... And I wish I never did ...
