Constant cramp, not in waves

I’m 37 weeks and last night had a cramp that was just like one big long one that lasted for like 5 minutes, and then after I had a couple what felt like Braxton hicks contractions about 7 minutes apart but stopped after getting 3-4. Idk if they were Braxton hicks but I’m assuming bc I wouldn’t necessarily consider them painful. I’ve had Braxton hicks both pregnancies since 28 weeks but these felt a tad more just ínstense.
