Visitors after a c section?

How soon after having a c section can you have visitors? Last pregnancy my parents in law travelled to the hospital as soon as my partner told them I was having contractions. They turned up at the hospital and as it was still COVID restrictions only one visitor was allowed at a time so they just took baby into the communal coffee area so that they could take photos all together. I wasn't included in any of the photos and had to trudge down afterwards as they just left me in the hospital bed and didn't say where they were going. I was a bit annoyed as I'd wanted our son to be the first one to meet his new brother. I can imagine my partner whizzing baby off to his parents before I even have a chance to meet him, while I'm still getting stitched up ect. My partner is a total mommy's boy and his parents are a bit full on 😅 feel like even though I've asked for this not to happen again he will just give in 🙃
