Late onset GD???

37 weeks, 3 days
I had blood work today to check my liver function due to suspected preeclampsia, here recently I’ve been extremely thirsty no matter how much I drink, exhausted, all over feeling horrible. 
my blood work came back ok besides my glucose was at 113, normal range is 70-99, should I be worried?

I’m 36 weeks and had the same test cause I have been having extremely high BP so I did a 24 hour protein test and blood work and my glucose come back at 145 which is odd because I passed the test already so could be late onset GD
