4 year old slit her toe on a piece of rusty metal?
Basically my broom end is broken and I didn’t notice rust on it, she stepped on it and cut her toe, nothing dramatic but just want to make sure if she’s safe. I cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide since I couldn’t find my alcohol and put antibiotic ointment on it. She got her last fifth dose of the dtap vaccine last month so she has all five shots for her tetanus shot. Does that mean she’s safe from tetanus now? I’m not really sure how tetanus works
