TTC and BFNs

Hi friends! My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant since September 2022 and have been unsuccessful. I had my nexplanon removed in September as well, got 3 regular periods after, and haven’t had one since the beginning of this year. I’ve been ovulation and bbt testing, taking supplements, and I’m almost 99% sure I ovulated this month, but still all BFN tests. I have an appointment scheduled with my OBGYN in 2 weeks, but I’d love some advice/encouragement before then. Has this happened to you? How long did it take you to conceive after? What were your doctors first steps? Help 😫
