Is this normal? I’m anxious 😰

This is my 2nd baby. My 1st one born very healthy. I lost my 1st baby ultrasound pics so I can’t compare, but this is photo of my 2nd baby in her 9th week. 2 weeks before we already done the first ultrasound but found my sac was empty and now this one shows very blurry as the doctor gets difficulty finding him. The doctor didn’t say anything but indicates my baby is a bit too small for his week age. And his heartbeat is about 170 bpm. Please tell me is this normal and healthy because my husband and I have been waiting for our 2nd baby for 5 years and I can’t wait for another few weeks before doing another ultrasound.. 🙏🙏🙏
