Zero sex drive…. HELP

I just had a baby last month. I have absolutely zero sex drive and I want nothing to do with it. It’s been a VERY long time since my husband and I have had sex. We were told no sex by my doctor due to some medical concerns while pregnant. What can I do to bring the romance or desire back? I feel bad. I just want nothing to do with it. He constantly makes comments about and it drives me nuts.
