Got the news yesterday

We were ttc for 7 months and my ob GYN suggested my hubby get a sperm analysis done. His results seem not very promising. I am yet to get my blood work done. But looking at just my husband's number, is there a possibility of a natural conception? Has anyone conceived with these numbers? We live in the Bay area and really want to connect with ppl who have such a diagnosis.
