Is kissing a cheating? Please help!

So there’s that girl that I didn’t like my fiance to be around and they were friends for about 4 years and stopped talking about 2 years ago but she’ll will always be around because she’s the sister of his brother’s wife! 
I always was worried about that friendship and today I asked my bf if something ever happened between them, he said that they kissed. she started the kiss and he kissed back till he understood that the kiss is gonna trigger sex and he stopped it. 
He never told me about it ever before even though he knew that I didn’t like the girl. 
When I asked him why didn’t he confess to me about it, he was like “you didn’t ask if something ever happened”. And when I asked why you stopped the kiss, he said “ I won’t fuck her in my parents house”. 
I got upset about it and wanted to discuss how I felt but it made him angry with me for being upset because he thinks that there’s nothing I should be upset about or to talk about.
Other than this kiss, he’s an amazing guy. I really love him. 
Me and my finace are together for 9 YEARS! 
I don’t know what to do! Please help!

So you guys were together when this happened? The fact that he said the only reason he didn’t f*** her was because they were in his parents house is horrible. And his lie of omission would be a problem for me. (I think that’s the term)

Yes that’s cheating but for me the kiss is not the worst part here…his reason for stopping it was because he didn’t want to fuck her in his parents house? It wasn’t because of you…that a problem. To me that means that if they’d been somewhere else it absolutely would’ve gone further. That shows that he’s into the idea, and doesn’t respect you or care about your feelings. He literally has more respect for the boundaries of his parents house than he does for you. If it was nothing or just a kiss that only happened because she initiated it and he wanted no part of it then I could forgive not being told but he kept this a secret because there was more to it.
