Late period plus cramps plus losing virginity

Hey everyone

I lost my virginity to my boyfriend at the start of my fertile window according to this app and then we had sex again about 11 days later. Both times it was protected and he never came but now I’m 7 days late for my period. I tested negative the day i was 2-3 days late. Also since 21 June I have been having af like cramps but no flow yet. I had sex again today and it was protected and he didn’t cum. Is it okay for my period to be late since I just started having sex? I’m really freaking out, please help me out!
