3rd date - 2nd base

Is a third date too early for second base? I don’t really seeing it getting past this for a while. I don’t typically move this quick (was just feeling the moment) but all clothes remained on it was just touchy feeling (was rubbing his dick? grinding on him, he was rubbing my 🐱). We have good conversations and a good time hanging out with each other so I wouldn’t want to ruin it by going too quick. Thoughts?
