Can someone please tell me what this is?! It could be rashes but there’s just a bunch of patches white and red patches that looks dry I give oat baths and it’s just not working. My baby does sweat a lot

My baby had the same spots like that and we called her ped. Its was mild eczema. But still call the baby pediatrician for sure. Let them know.
