Any one has something similar to this, that could recommend me a product out there to help me with this….. I feel so unsecured about it. Anyone??

I have it, i believe it's called keratosis pilaris...

Not yet I looked up some stuff online and they do have body washes & scrubs for that specific skin issue. I would recommend you talk to your doctor first so last thing you know you want is to irritate your skin more.
