What should I do

So this guy that I met at work we became friends and of course we got closer and became friends with benefits and we’ve been debts for almost a year next month and we’re pretty deep in a relationship. We’re just waiting for the perfect time to make it official he’s in the army, so he just left two weeks ago and the other day he decided to tell me that he has something to tell me he doesn’t wanna hurt me but he can’t sleep and I told him well you not telling me is hurting me, so he finally told me that he has a wife Back home and they’ve been married three years and he’s not going to divorce her. I’m just at a loss for words no one could imagine the pain that I feel right now I am in a tough situation. My feelings are deeply involved in this man that I love
