What time does your 20months old sleep at night or sleep routine?

Answer

She sleeps 9pm-8/9am
Nap at 12pm for 2-3hrs
We do shower, lotion, jammies, brush teeth, close the curtains, turn on the sound machine, spray her lavender spray, get in bed, read a book or two or three, turn off the light, turn on her star machine, and tuck her in with a kiss. 
We give lots of warnings and reminders of what’s coming next. Like “2 more minutes in the shower and then we will put on jammies” “after jammies we will brush our teeth”
