Diaper Bag recommendations please

Hi all,
FTM and looking for recommendations on favorite diaper bags. I would really like something in genuine leather but am also open to other options depending on how much you love yours!
I tend to be pretty minimalist in my packing so I am hoping to avoid something super bulky or heavy. 
In addition to your favorite bags, what are your must-have features in a diaper bag??

I like this one as it is machine washable and looks immediately like new, very good quality (have had it since 3+ years for both of my sons), enough room for basics (diapers, wipes, pacifiers, bottles, sunscreen, change of clothes and my stuff, including a small laptop;)).

This one. They have a larger version too. It’s hard to be a minimalist with a baby or toddler though if I’m honest 😂 gotta have snacks, wipes, diapers, extra clothes, a cup, etc etc.
