condoms and pullout safe?

cant get on birth control pills for health reasons but i do NOT want to get pregnant. are condoms and pullout paired with spermicidal lube safe?

It’s not 100% but if you’re using the condoms correctly (and never mix with oil based lube) and adding pullout as an additional method, you should be okay. Your chances of getting pregnant would be slim. Tracking ovulation always worked for me. I knew when to avoid sex or use protection and knew when he could just pull out and we’d be okay.

Never been on birth control, never used condoms. We use cycle tracking instead. He doesn't come inside during my fertile days and 1 day after ovulation. We've never had a scare.
