Hey mamas, let's talk about the common myth surrounding exercise during pregnancy. Have you heard that you should avoid it altogether? Share your thoughts and experiences on exercising safely during pregnancy.

I think it's different for every pregnancy. I've been told that it's safe to continue doing what my body is already used to doing and to know my limits and not push myself.

You should continue to do the exercise you are used to. I think you know your bodies limits of if things don’t feel comfortable. I plan on having a vaginal birth and so am trying to stay as active as I can to keep my health for that. My bodies definitely slowing down though and I’m not able to do as much (37 weeks now)

I think it's a grey area and could also depend on the type of excersise you're doing. Listening to your body's reactions can help a lot. Like the other day, I spent like 6 hours on my feet walking around a shopping centre with a kinda heavy bag of shopping- that night I got the worst leg cramps lmao, so I was like hmm maybe too much lol
