Does anybody know this doctor term?

Question

I’m 17 weeks and this was sent to my chart from my doctor not sure what it means 
Ultrasound pregnancy follow-up (e.g. Re-evaluation of fetal size by measuring standard growth parameters and amniotic fluid volume, re-evaluation of organ system(s) suspected or confirmed to be abnormal on a previous scan), transabdominal approach, per fetus.
If anybody can help I’ll appreciate it thank you

They want you to have a follow up ultrasound visit. They list examples of why someone would need a follow-up (growth concerns, needing more pictures of organs, etc.) but it does NOT specify what concern they have for you specifically. 
Call your doctor office and ask them what the reasoning is for the follow up and they’ll let you know. It might be something as simple as your baby moved around too much for them to get clear pictures of a certain organ at your last scan. 
Trans abdominal means it will be the ultrasound on your stomach, not a trans vaginal ultrasound which is internal.
