Period?

I’m 11 wks pp and EBF. I’ve had what I’m not sure is maybe a period, or just spotting? For 5 days I’ve had light spotting, it’s usually bright red like a period, but sometimes just one spot on my underwear, or it’ll be a bit in the toilet, and it’ll just be like once a day. Im not sure if it’s a period? Or random spotting? What do you guys think? I have needed to use a couple pads so sometimes it’s more than just a spot. With my last two babies my cycle didn’t return until 1 yr pp.
