Oily face skincare routine

Can y’all please give me y’all’s skincare routine + products. Anything affordable. I think I need something new. I only wash my face at night and never in the morning. My face looks soooooo oily during the day and it gets pointed out so times. My current routine is:

Peach and lily oil cleanser (I heard it was good to oil cleanse even with oily skin)

Cerave normal to oily skin face wash

Clinique toner #4

The ordinary niacinamide

Neutrogena water gel moisturizer

Bonus if you can point to a great sunscreen that doesn’t leave a white cast and doesn’t feel greasy
