Please help.. I’m so so confused

So I have been trying for a while now I got 1depo shot last Aug & never returned in Nov for 2nd. Since my period has been anywhere from 18-35 days. I do track my LH and it’s been high consistently through the months and never peaked. But this month it actually started low and began to rise i got a really high peak ( 1st in 5 months ) on 7/4 which was CD22 , I also had positive Progesterone tests 7/13 , I’m currently 12dpo and still negative HCG…. Has anyone ovulated late ? Should I count myself out this cycle?
