I need SPF recommendations!🌞

I'm looking for SPF recommendations, Something I can wear under makeup! I'm currently using Neutrogena hydro boost and Garnier green labs sun screen, I like them but the Neutrogena is a little greasy and the Garnier is about to run out and it's only 30spf and would prefer a higher SPF.

Preferably

- I can wear it under makeup!

- preferably 50 SPF or higher

- something that won't break the bank aka drug store hopefully no more than $25

- I am very pale but I still would like something that melts in quickly without white cast

- my skin is fairly neutral but at the end of the day my T zone is a little oily

- I'm Canadian, I'll take all recommendations and look into them but it might not be available here. So if you're Canadian that would be extra helpful!

I have been interested in la Roche posay but their bigger bottles not the ultra sheer fluid but I worry it will leave a white cast. So if you have info on that let me know!
