Spotting at 10 Weeks

This morning when I woke up I had tan discharge, followed by bright red spotting, then pink spotting. Now I’m having an excessive amount of watery discharge.

I’m worried this is a MMC. This is exactly how it happened last time. I have a little cramping but not really. My biggest symptom is a lot of hip pain and my left leg has been achey/throbbing for two days. I’ve also been having loose green stools for a few days. I had an abdominal ultrasound on Wednesday and all looked good.

Anyone think this is a MMC or have experienced any of this before?
