you’re fine i have two healthy kids and i’d forget sometimes too, just take your prenatals just like normal even if you forget.

It’s fine. I didn’t take any prenatals until I was around 13 weeks with my daughter because I was so sick 🤢. I definitely wasn’t eating a healthy well rounded diet either. Somehow she’s extremely smart and perfect in every way.

I never took any with my first two and they were completely healthy. I was young and not the brightest 😅 both almost 8lbs
