Sore breast almost 2 weeks before period due

Now I never get sore boobs during ovulation ever in my life only like a few days before my period by like 3days before, I’ve noticed them becoming sore around 13 days before my period is due now it’s 10days and the pain is still persistent even when I wear a bra and lay down my nipples are even more sensitive what can cause this? Ovulation would’ve been and over with days ago and I’ve never had this happen around ovulation anyways.
