Nervous as hell

Quick back story... I fell pregnant for the first time in Nov of 2022.. I scanned at 7+6 weeks all was good heart rate was 127, and I wanted to double check at 8+5 and there was no heartbeat detected and measured at 8+1. I lost that pregnancy. Now in June of 2023, I found out I was pregnant again. I had scans at 5 weeks, 6 weeks and 7+6 weeks. The last scan was July 5 and the baby was reading 7+4 with heart rate of 172. This pregnancy has been symptom free basically. I go in for an 11 week scan on Thursday and I am terrified that something will be wrong.. not having symptoms freaks me out to no end.. has this been something any of you have experienced?

I'll add I just turned 40 on Sunday, I don't think that matters so much these days though...
