Where my fitness moms at?!?

I work out pretty regularly (4ish days a week). I love my preworkout/post workout, but I’m well aware that too much caffeine is not generally recommended (among some of the other ingredients). Does anyone recommend a preworkout and post workout that are still safe to use during pregnancy? 💪🏼😋
