When do you plan to share your pregnancy news?

At what point during pregnancy do most people usually announce their news? Do many people wait until after the first trimester?

Answer

All 3 of my pregnancies we’ve told close friends and family soon after we found out. But with the first 2 we posted on socials when I hit the second trimester. This time with our third I think I’m going to wait until we find out the gender in about 6 weeks

With my first pregnancy i announced at 13 weeks i plan to do the same with this one, but my parents and in laws i told right away
