Hey there, lovely ladies! Let's discuss the importance of taking breaks and practicing patience while trying to conceive. When do you recognize the need for a pause, and how do you cultivate patience during this journey? Share your experiences and wisdom with us!

After the second egg retrieval’s embryos did not make it past PGT, I decided to try a different approach: functional nutrition.  We hired a practitioner that had been recommended by a friend who kept sharing her instagram stories with me. We planned to resume IVF after the summer was over. Less than two months since I started working with her, we found out we had gotten pregnant naturally! It took us almost two years and I’ll be forty in about a month.

When I went from it’s alright we have next month to crying about negatives. I knew it was time to take a break, it would kill my fiancé to see me so sad. Funny enough when we stopped trying and just had fun we got pregnant. Good luck on your journey it took us about 2 yrs to conceive.
