hey ! anyone know what’s good for vagina lubrication? or anything that promotes my hormonal health. lately i’ve been feeling like i’m not loose enough & sex doesn’t just naturally make my vagina flourish. anything you use for this?

It is not unusual at all to have dry spells. It can be caused by diet, stress, medicines, birth control pills, getting older, disturbed hormonal balance, an infection, the phase of your menstrual cycle, or just for no apparent reason. It may come and go, for no apparent reason.
A simple unflavored and unscented water based lube like Astroglide Liquid Personal Lubricant.
Water based lubes are cheap, condom and sex toy safe, does not stain your sheets or undies, it is easy to clean off, but it may dry and needs to be refreshed for that marathon sex session

Silicone based lubes are more expensive, can stain sheets and undies, are condom safe but should not be used with silicone sex toys, are more difficult to clean off, but it lasts longer before drying.

Oil/petroleum based lubes should be avoided. They are not body safe or condom safe and are difficult to clean up.
If you are trying to conceive, no lube is best, but if you have to, a more sperm friendly lube like Preseed.
