talking to a guy

yall i need help 😭 ive been w my eye on my classmate for a bit now, and a few weeks ago i told him randomly out of the blue that he was handsome (we dk each other) and he smiled and laughed w me cuz i was laughing but i got too embarrassed bc he said nothing and i ran off.

he hasn’t said anything, and i’m still interested but i’m scared that im going to bother him if i speak to him 😢 he’s timid but he is polite.

what does this mean and what should i do??
