What are some possible reasons for reduced baby movements?

Hi wonderful ladies! This morning, I noticed my baby's movements were not as strong as usual. I'm a bit worried, but I don't want to panic unnecessarily. Are there any common reasons for reduced baby movements? I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences on this!

How far along are you? I usually don’t feel any movement until around 20 weeks, but consistent movement usually doesn’t happen until 24+ weeks so I wouldn’t be concerned unless you’re farther along. If that’s the case you might want to join another due date group for better information because this is the March group.

How far along are you. If there are some movements then i wouldnt be worried baby has probably changed position and gone towards your back or if youre a lot further on then maybe lack of space however if youre still not content then definitelyget checked out
