Professional Mommas, I need job app advice
So Ive been out of the formal workforce for almost 8 years (Ive worked for my husband's business part time meanwhile) and am now applying for jobs. Theres a job thats right up my alley, the problem is, the pay they posted online is ridiculously low for the requirements. Similar jobs are going for $65-80k per year, they posted it for $50k. At what point would I bring this up? Initial interview? Upon job offer? Or should I not even bother applying? I dont need medical insurance, would this help my leverage in negotiations?
