Confused

I’ve been experiencing a mild UTI for almost a week, treating it with D-Monose. Every time I pee some of the urine drips down onto the opening of my vagina, causing just the opening, to feel a bit itchy, but it goes away after a couple minutes. However, now just when I thought my UTI was one day away from being gone, it’s back to feeling like day one. But my issue is with the itching. It’s lasting longer now, 10+ minutes. Have any of you ever had a UTI that caused BV?
