Weight loss journey not going anywhere 😭

I am so discouraged.

A few months ago my husband did the 75 hard challenge and did great. He mostly just went two 45 min walks each day and lost 40lbs in the 75 days!! That’s over 0.5lbs a day!! He also followed a low carb diet which I ended up joining him on since we eat the same meals. I am so proud of him! He kicked butt!

Now it’s my turn. I started 75HARD 20 days ago and I have lost…… 0lbs. 😒 What. The. Fuck. Literally following his exact same plan. Low carb meals, no cheats, no rest days, working out twice a day for 45min each.

The first week I stuck to just the walks, but no progress. So then I turned one walk a day into a jog. Still no progress. So now I am either jogging or biking once a day and doing weight training or yoga for the second workout. STILL NO CHANGE 🤯

I want to cry. I am kicking ass by sticking to the workout and my diet but my weight won’t budge!!!!!!
