Needing advice about a rash

I need some advice, so last night I took my youngest daughter to the hospital for having fever for 2 days and they ruled out that she had hand foot and mouth disease and that she has it just the beginning. The only thing she has is a fever and I guess sores In her mouth and maybe a few on legs and foot but no where else. So today I took my oldest daughter a bath and noticed like a rash on her back and chest and 1 on her legs but no where else ajd she doesn’t have a fever she is only congested. Could this be just a heat rash or could it be hand foot and mouth disease. Because I really hope it isn’t , it’s hard enough to keep everything cleaned just with a 1 year old. And if it is it. Does anyone know a way to possible heal it faster

I know rheee isn’t any antibiotics but is there a home remedy to help get rid of it faster (pictures of my oldest daughter rash)
