Did you marry the love of your life?

lately I’ve been hearing  that men and woman marry when they are ready to settle have kids etc, but were you in love with your partner the day of your wedding? if not did you ever fall for him/her? along the way?

I was in love with my husband waaaay before we got married. I fell in love with him when we started dating. Well, when we became officially bf/gf. We dated on/off for a few months after we met. I finally decided I wanted to be with him & we've been inseparable since. He wouldn't have proposed & we wouldn't have gotten married if we weren't in love.

My husband were definately in love when we married and we still are. We're highschool sweethearts and have been together since we were 15. We married on our 7th anniversary because we loved each other and wanted nothing more than to be married. We have 2 toddlers and another on the way. I would have never married if I wasn't in love or just wanted to settle down. My in-laws have been together since 14 and 17 and married since 16 and 19 it's been 33 years. My BIL and SIL have been together since they were 16 and have been married for 9 years together for 14. They were all madly in love when they married and still are.

I’m with my lifetime partner, the one who makes me smile. The one who is there for me through the good and the bad times. We are together 14 nearly 15 years engaged 7 years have our own home, due our first baby in 16 days after a miscarriage in October and 4 years of ttc. We always said that we would wait till our kid/kids are old enough to be part of our wedding. He is the right one for me anyway and that’s all that matters.

Yes, I did. I wouldn't have married him otherwise. In fact after my first marriage, and his, we were both off the idea of marriage. We were both shocked when he unexpectedly asked and I immediately said yes. We've been friends for 20 years. Together for 8 1/2 years. Married for 4 years. We have 2 angels, 2 rainbows, and are due with our pot of gold in October. Our daughter is 5 and our son is 1 1/2. She was 1 when we got married. We planned to get married before, but literally like 3 days after I said yes to the dress, we found out we were expecting. Decided to wait until she could be at the wedding with us. Zero regrets pushing it back to have her there with us. It was great. He's legit my best friend. Always will be.
