ive on my other 2 (1st huband ) told name once we picked one . this go around (2nd husband ) i just feel like not sharing after changing the plan after his family wanting a nickname i didnt with the name we had first picked .

Nope. My husband and I don’t share the names we pick out with our closest friends, family, not even our teenage daughter. We’ve never shared the names

I have friends who like to personalize things so i like sharing our babys name so by the time he arrives he has things with his name on it. Like blanlets and the cool wooden signs, just stuff we would keep in the house. Its really all up to personal preference though. We only tell people once we are 100% decided on the name and its not going to change so that usually ends up happening around the 6th month. My husband and i usually go back and forth with names until we both like the name and gender has been 100% confirmed

Only my mom, sister, aunt and best friend know the name we’ve settled on, boyfriend’s family doesn’t know it’s our chosen name, just that we like it. Waiting until birth in case we change our mind but we’re pretty set on it, I just don’t want to hear other people’s opinions.
