Is she taking advantage of my daughter?

My daughter just finished cosmetology school and is wanting to get a job at some of the salons down here and one day open her own salon. My daughter is white and she said her school didn't teach her how to black people's hair. There isn't a single salon that specializes in black hair besides one barber. She wants to be able to do black hair so that when she gets a job at a salon then maybe they will have a place to go. She said her best friend who is black had to drive an hour away to the nearest black hair salon. I'm happy she wants to learn and she reached out to her old daycare teacher who is black and lives about 30 minutes away asking if she could teach her. She said yes. However she's charging my daughter to teach her. I didn't even know she was charging her until my day was taking money out of her bank account to pay her. She's charging my daughter 20 dollars a day. My daughter only goes there twice a week and while it's not super bad that adds up. My daughter is 18 and can make her own decisions but I feel like that's taking advantage. This woman isn't a school so why is she charging my daughter in the first place? And I paid that woman 150 a week for childcare for 8 years and she can't teach my daughter for free? I have been trying to get my daughter to stop wasting her money but she's determined. I told her it would be a waste because even if she gets good I doubt a black woman would let her touch her hair. That's just the truth but she said at least she's an option. My daughter has such a big heart and I hate to see her taken advantage of. Should I reach out to her and let her know that this isn't okay?
