Mucus in stool please please help

hey, tmi warning. i’m 25 F I’ve been having mucus in my stool. Sometimes only passing mucus and then it feels like i can’t finish using the bathroom as if i’m constipated. I’ve been to the doctor and got blood work. So far it all came back normal. I just did stool cultures today and so far i got the result for fecal leukocytes (which blood cells. could determine if there is inflammation) and that came back negative as well. So i’m just worried, i’ve been stress. my family is saying it’s my hormones because this year i’ve been super stressed and had very bad anxiety and switched between 3 different types of birth controls. i noticed the digestive issues started on the nuvaring. before then i never had an issue.. At first it started with a lot of gas and bloating and loose stools, now i don’t have that much gas and bloating but i get a little discomfort and i pass mostly mucus and feel constipated.. please help
