Endo and conceiving

So long story short, had a lap done in February 2022.. had an “excision” and 6cm cyst remove, and by now my endo basically grew back with a vengeance and I need surgery again. I think I am going to see an actual specialist though because as much as I love my surgeon, I want a second opinion. My last ultrasound I had in march said both my ovaries are basically completely replaced with cysts as well as a possible hematosalpinx (fallopian tube filled with blood). Anyway, has anyone had anything similar to me and we’re you able to have a baby? My last surgeon told me it would be very hard for me to get pregnant, even with IVF. I’m not trying to conceive yet, but I’m going to most likely try in the next 2 years and wondering what it’s going to be like. I just turned 31 and have no kids. I have an iud right now. Also, has anyone taken Lupron or Orlissa? And what were your experiences on them?
