PLEASE HELP ME chance of pregnancy?? (not ttc)

my bf and i had sex on 19/7. app said i shouldve ovulated on the 18th but i didn't noticed egg white discharge until around 22th. app said expected period is 2/8 but i bled from 27-31/7 (lighter than normal period in terms of flow but normal length, pink & red blood) which is 7 days earlier. i wasn't sure if it was implantation bleeding so i took a test on 1/8 and it was negative. i then noticed egg white, clear & stretchy discharge immediately after that but i couldn't ovulate so soon could i? tested again on 4,6,7,8/8 and all negatives. since then for the past 2-3 days i've been urinating more + kinda nauseous tho i'm not sure abt this because it's not as prominent (i might just be imagining thr nausea)

still, could i be pregnant? should i test again? the tests i used on the 8th claimed to detect 25 mIU. did i test too early? surely if i noticed symptoms just a few days later then those previous tests must have had a faint line? app says i'm ovulating again in a few days so could that be where the symptoms come from
