Can I get pregnant from this?

My man and I was having sex, he pulled up and immediately put back in before cleaning the sperm off his penis. So he didn’t clean up. I’ve heard sperm dies after hitting air but then I’ve heard it hasn’t.

Sperm doesn’t die when it hits the air, it dies when semen is completely dried. But, regardless of that, yes, pregnancy is absolutely still possible, as 1. there can be sperm in precum & 2. there was definitely still live sperm in his tract from just ejaculating & then immediately going back inside of u. If ur not wanting to get pregnant then u need to be using condoms from start to finish and/or get on other birth control!
