Not sure if I should be scared

A little backstory, I had an IUD for about a year and a half and then decided to get it removed. I got it taken out a few months ago just so my body could be more natural. My period has yet to stabilize and be routine. Also, while having the IUD I never had a period.

Anyways, I have had unprotected sex about 6 times in the past two months (yes he did finish in me) and have not had my period since June. I have taken a lot of pregnancy tests and have only received negatives. I started having cramping today and vaginal pain as well as a headache (which are usually indicators for me for my period) but have yet to have a period. I'm not sure if I should be concerned about being pregnant or not? I haven't had any pregnancy symptoms as far as I am aware btw.

I am aware of the risk of unprotected sex and 100% take blame for this anxiety and my own decisions. However, I am not sure what to think right now. I would like a confirmation for one or the other (pregnant or not) but feel unsure.
