Didn't lose much

My ex said I was upset because he dumped me and I found out what I lost. This coming from a man who doesn't brush his teeth, who let his step sister talk crap to me and didn't stand up for me, always made me feel unimportant, blamed me for every fight we had, and so much more so please tell me.. What exactly did I lose?? A pile of 💩? 🤣
