3.5 year old waking up screaming inconsolably

My 3.5 year old daughter the last 3 nights has woken up screaming crying and inconsolable.

I go in her room and nothing will calm her down. She won’t even speak. You ask her what’s wrong and she just keeps screaming or mumbles “I don’t know” and keeps screaming and squirming around like she’s uncomfortable. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for her to stop. One night it was nearly 15 minutes.

Does this sound like night terrors or something else?

She did this a few times before when she first turned 3 but it stopped so I thought it was growing pains or something.
